OJ Medtech/Charm Medical Supply, portfolio company of Upstream Capital, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Buffalo-based PRO2, LLC ("PRO2"). PRO2 (www.pro2llc.com) is a provider of prescription-based respiratory supplies and equipment. The acquisition of PRO2 allows OJ Medtech/Charm Medical to expand its product offering to include respiratory and sleep products, such as CPAP, BiPAP, and oxygen supplies and equipment.
Upstream partnered with Midwest Mezzanine Funds and Eagle Private Capital to consummate the transaction.
